Quick answers to common questions

From your dashboard, click "New Itinerary" and select either a blank template or one of our pre-designed templates. Add your client, set the travel dates, and start adding days and activities. You can drag and drop to reorder, and use our AI import feature to quickly add bookings from confirmation emails.

Yes! Go to Clients > Import and upload a CSV file with your client data. We support fields like name, email, phone, birthday, anniversary, and travel preferences. Our system will automatically map common column headers, and you can manually assign any that don't match.

Navigate to Settings > Branding to upload your logo, set your brand colors, and customize the header/footer that appears on shared itineraries. You can also add your agency name, contact information, and social media links.

We support CSV files for bulk client imports, and our AI can parse PDF confirmations, email forwards, and screenshots for booking details. For itineraries, you can import from Excel spreadsheets or copy-paste from other tools.
