- Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. Add payment details only when you're ready to continue.
- What happens when I add seats?
- Studio includes two seats and Agency includes five. Extra seats on either plan are $39 a month each, and you can add or remove them as your team changes.
- Is there a limit on signing?
- No. Waypoints Sign is unlimited on every plan: client agreements, planning-fee agreements, insurance waivers, card authorisations and group terms, with no per-document fee.
- How do AI credits work?
- The itinerary assistant runs on a fair-use AI credit allowance included in every plan. Studio and Agency include higher allowances for teams doing more drafting. Credits are generous by design; they exist to keep the product fast, not to meter you.
- What does payment processing cost?
- Client payments taken through WaypointsX run through Stripe at Stripe's own rate plus 0.5%, shown plainly on every invoice.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from your billing settings. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes. Every trip, client, document and commission record can be exported for you on request. That is a commitment in the contract, not something you have to negotiate for if you ever decide to leave.
