Roles that match how a small agency actually runs
An owner can do everything, including billing and changing anyone's role. An admin runs the day-to-day: inviting team members, editing branding, generating tasks, without touching billing. An agent works their own clients and trips. It's three roles because most boutique agencies only need three.
A split, set per advisor
Each team member carries their own commission split percentage. On a booking they've worked, the commissions board shows their share worked out against it automatically. It's not a number someone has to calculate by hand at the end of the month.
