Edits look like a colleague's tracked changes
Ask the assistant to swap a day, tighten a description or add a transfer, and it does not simply do it. It proposes the insert, the update, the move or the removal as a pending change on the affected item, with a quiet marker showing something's waiting on it. You review each one the way you'd review a colleague's edit, then apply or dismiss it.

Flags issues instead of guessing past them
When something does not add up, such as an impossible connection time, a day with no accommodation or a detail that contradicts an earlier one, the assistant raises it as a flagged issue tied to the specific day or item, with a plain explanation and, where it can, a suggested fix. It surfaces the problem; you decide the resolution.
