Confirmations in, itinerary out
Forward a supplier confirmation email or PDF to your trip's own address. WaypointsX extracts the booking, the itinerary items, the deadlines and the expected commission, and lines them up for a one-click review. Nothing reaches the client until you accept it.
- Works from a forwarded email or an attached PDF
- Extracts the booking, itinerary items, deadlines and commission
- You review and accept before anything is client-facing

Every trip gets its own forwarding address
Each trip has its own inbound address, shown right on the trip header. Forward a confirmation there, whether from your own inbox, from the supplier directly, or however it arrives, and it lands in that trip's review queue rather than a shared, undifferentiated inbox.
You always see it before your client does
Every import lands in a review queue, not directly on the trip. You check what was extracted, fix anything that needs it, and accept. Only then does it become a booking, with itinerary entries and the deadlines that come with it.
- A queue on the trip, separate from confirmed bookings
- Fix a supplier name, a reference or an amount before accepting
- Rejecting leaves the trip exactly as it was

Accepting one does three things at once
Accept an import and WaypointsX creates the booking record with its supplier reference and amounts, adds the matching entries to the itinerary, and sets up whatever deadlines apply: a cancellation window, a balance due date, a deposit due date. Those deadlines are what later show up as tasks, so nothing needs typing twice.
